The COVID-19 pandemic had a huge impact on our lives. Our thoughts are with you. Under these unprecedented circumstances, traveling is not our first priority, but we can always dream of moments of relaxation in a beautiful destination.

As part of the protection measures from COVID-19 and following the decisions of the Greek government, we would like to inform you about the changes we are implementing for summer season 2020.
Check-in and Check-out timetable:
Check-in: 15:00 – 22:00 Check-out: 8:30 – 11:00.
Please inform us if you wish to check-in or check-out at different hours. (the hours indicated are determined according to the time zone of the country of the accommodation (EEST)
Breakfast will be served at the table and not in the buffet from 8:30 until 10:30. Reservation is required to avoid overcrowding.
Housekeeping will be performed in accordance with the visitors’ needs both for their own protection and for the protection of the cleaning personnel.
Private laundry service will not be available.
Cancellation policy and reservation flexibility
For reservations with the price schedule until October 31st, 2020 and in accordance with the Greek legislation, instead of direct refund, you will receive a credit voucher with a duration until the end of the tourist season 2021.
All new reservations made through our website until the end of October 2020 may be changed or canceled free of charge by 9 am the day before the arrival.

Hotel employees and associates are essential for its smooth operation. In this regard, from the first moment of the COVID-19 announcement, we have extended the support measures: We have hygiene, disinfection and protection materials and we make sure they are all used as frequently as necessary. It is important for the health of both our personnel and guests.
In addition to training in housekeeping and hygiene protocols, the hotel’s associates have also completed the COVID-19 awareness training.

The increase of frequency of cleaning and disinfection in commonly used areas with emphasis on reception, door handles, shares bathrooms and room keys is necessary.
The hotel uses cleaning, disinfection, and ventilation protocols after the departure of guests and before the arrival of the next visitor to the room.
We maintain high standards in food hygiene and safety.
In the dining area, we disinfect the tables and seats AFTER EVERY USE.
Where possible, we use DISPOSABLE equipment or packaged products while ensuring environmental protection.
We disinfect the areas, utensils, machines, and tools after every use.
